That is why I put to you the following question – when the Schengen Agreement is suspended, which legal status is applicable? I would guess that it is the status laid down generally by the treaty, in other words, free movement with passport control. The passports of the Greek citizens were not checked, Mrs Neyts-Uyttebroeck.
