Pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure, this request is submitted to the relevant committee, namely the Committee on Legal Affairs and the Internal Market. In order to assist matters, I would inform you that there are no grounds for the request for the waiver of Mr Berlusconi’s parliamentary immunity, as he has not been a member of the European Parliament since 11 June 2001."@en1
