Therefore, in order to harmonise the proposal from the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the proposal from the Committee on Budgets, I am going to table an oral amendment specifying that the budgetary limits established in Paragraph 28 apply to human resources requested under Paragraphs 3 and 12, and I would like to propose this, exceptionally, before the vote, so that the different parliamentary groups can confirm that they do not reject this proposal, which would enable the Socialist Group to withdraw its request for a separate vote for Paragraphs 3 and 12."@en1
