"Madam President, thank you very much. Pursuant to Rule 111, I shall speak in favour of the proposal to amend the agenda in order to take into account the extremely important event which took place in Ireland, which proves to us that the cohesion of smaller nations that refuse to give up their freedom is something which must certainly be taken into account.
I am fully aware of the importance of what Mr BarĂ³n Crespo has said and of the presence of our eminent Belgian guest, who is a specialist on human rights in Rwanda, but I also believe that there will be the opportunity at the July session to discuss, in particular, human rights in Belgium and the infamous procedure, which is currently being waged against the Vlaams Blok, which should encourage the Belgian leaders to put their own house in order."@en1
