"The next item is the report () by Mrs Langenhagen, on behalf of the Committee on Fisheries, on the proposal for a Council regulation on the conclusion of the Fourth Protocol laying down the conditions relating to fishing provided for in the Agreement on fisheries between the European Economic Community, on the one hand, and the Government of Denmark and the local Government of Greenland, on the other (COM(2000) 865 – C5-0028/2001 – 2000/0348(CNS)). The Commissioner is not present, but I am assured that he is on his way. In the interest of time we should start this debate."@en1
