". – Mr President, at this stage, of course, what we are doing is having an exchange of information. We make sure that we are well informed about what is happening in Spain. I can only repeat that the Spanish Minister of Environment has confirmed his commitment to this consultation process and I know that this is what is going on at the moment and that there is a debate – as I understand, a heated debate – on this issue. So far, since the plan is not finalised we have been asked for some advice and guidance, and this is what we can deliver at the moment: to stay in a genuine dialogue with the Spanish Government and to make sure that the consultation process is carried out as it should be."@en1
