The sudden and therapeutic introduction of private capital does nothing but protect the interests of a few monopolies that are being established. We cannot sanction job losses and further office closures, even if this is carried out in “a gradual and controlled way”. This is why we also voted against the amendments proposing to lower the price/weight threshold to 150 or to 50 grams.
