In short, here we have all the ingredients for Mr Pacheco Pereira’s parliamentary immunity not to be waived and, therefore, the Group of the Party of European Socialists agrees with Mr MacCormick’s proposal that Mr Pacheco Pereira’s parliamentary immunity should not be suspended."@en1
