It emerged from this report that some transporters are failing to stop and give animals rest at the places which they have indicated on their route plans. The report also notes serious breaches on vehicle standards and maximum journey limits regarding animals arriving into and travelling through France. Would the Commission indicate the Member State from which the animals and vehicles referred to in Section 5.4.2 of the report come, and the Member State from which the animals mentioned in Section 5.3.1 of the report come?
