lpv:spoken text	". – As you know, concerning particularly social issues and NGOs, there were some rules concerning the size, the representativeness and the results of these NGOs. We know that in this social field there is a huge number of NGOs and it is very difficult for the Commission DG to know with which of them they can cooperate. Sometimes there is confusion at national level. So we have decided to establish the criteria and to agree with NGOs the criteria on the basis of which we can select the NGOs we can work with. This is why we must solve the problem of the issue of representativeness, and the issue of the network to be established at European level."@en1
