"Mr Lannoye, I did indeed receive your request yesterday at 10 p.m. I have to tell you that, at the present time, I have some doubts as to the admissibility of this request. I wish to look into the matter in depth rather than adopt a position in haste. It is, however, true, as you yourself indeed pointed out, that it is not particularly clear how Rule 150(3) of the Rules of Procedure applies in this case. As I say, I wish to look into the matter in greater detail, and I shall inform you tomorrow morning at the start of the sitting whether there are grounds for including your request in the agenda, in which case the matter would then be put to the vote at noon, which is in fact what you would like, I believe. Nonetheless, I wish at this stage to reserve judgement on the admissibility of this amendment. Even if I had worked on the matter solidly since 10 last night, I think this would not have been nearly enough."@en1
