It is basically up to the plenary to set the agenda, but for one reason or other the Conference of Presidents, who are currently still meeting, decided to delay the session for another half hour. I will certainly make sure that your remarks are passed on in the strongest terms. I hope that satisfies all of you. I do not want to open a debate on this at the moment. It is something that has happened. The quicker we get on with the votes the better. Let me assure you that it is the sort of issue that deserves proper discussion and a proper decision of Parliament itself rather than just an ad hoc decision to change the agenda."@en1
