"As I said, there is no decision as to whether we are to participate in this partnership in Bangkok. This proposal is being discussed by the Council’s departments at this moment. As I see it, the discussions should take place in a positive spirit. As the Member says, there are clearly quite a few questions being discussed and answered here today during the sitting, but there is relatively little information about these questions for the public. Where results are concerned, it is in both the Council’s and the Commission’s interests, as well as those of the EU as a whole, to report on progress in this work because this in itself strengthens measures to achieve better results in the fight against drugs."@en1
