From what I can gather, Amendment No 69 on budget line B1-406 has been incorporated into this oral amendment. This Amendment No 69 was drafted by a number of Flemish and Wallonian colleagues of mine. What I have as yet failed to understand is what is to remain of this amendment if it is included in the overall compromise. I would very much welcome clarification on this matter."@en1
