The purpose of this Question Time is to allow Members to raise issues of importance and try to get some information from the Council. In my supplementary therefore, I would like a direct answer from the President-in-Office as regards the Finnish Presidency’s position firstly on reducing youth crime, secondly on ensuring that the right of Member States not to be forced to comply with a so-called liberal regime of drug use and drug policy are not diminished and thirdly, on ensuring that there is no diminution of the requirement for unanimous agreement on any changes in this area."@en1
