"I have received, pursuant to Rule 180(4) of the Rules of Procedure, an opposition from the Technical Group of Independent Members, to the interpretation proposed by the Committee on Constitutional Affairs to Rule 29(1) of the Rules of Procedure. Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, I am submitting the interpretation to Parliament. I would like to remind you, as I stated yesterday, that our Rules of Procedure require a simple majority with at least a third of the Members present. I would say that there are about 209 of us present, maybe more, but in any case, we will find out easily enough as there is a request for a nominal vote."@en1
