lpv:spoken text	"The Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles – chaired by the European Commission and consisting of national experts – agreed on the second package of RDE test procedure on 28 October 2015. In spite of the recent emission measurement scandal and the widespread exceedances of NOx limits throughout Europe, the committee agreed to allow Euro 6 diesel cars to emit over double the Euro 6 limit from 2017 to 2020, and 50% after 2020, de facto increasing the standard to 120 mg/km forever. For these reasons we cannot accept the political decision made in the technical committee. For these reasons, I voted in favour of this objection and request a new proposal from the Commission by 1 April 2016."@en1
