lpv:spoken text	"The Trade, Development and Cooperation Agreement (TDCA) between the EU and South Africa was signed in Pretoria on 11 October 1999 and revised in Kleinmond in South Africa on 11 September 2009. The revised agreement from 2009 inserted the new provisions on development, in particular as regards combating poverty, aid effectiveness, the Millennium Development Goals and the link between migration and development. On 1 July 2013, the Republic of Croatia acceded to the EU. The proposed Council decision aims to approve, on behalf of the EU and its Member States, the additional protocol to the EU-South Africa TDCA taking account of Croatia’s accession to the EU."@en1
