While significant obstacles remain in relation to Serbiaʼs path to accession to the EU, including protection for freedom of expression and freedom of the press as well as a lack of transparency in relation to political funding and election campaigns, this report highlights the positive steps which have already been taken and points to what can be done to make Serbia a more free and open society"@en1
