lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, it is hard to read this resolution without becoming disgusted and indeed nauseated to think that in the 21st century we have, as reported here, physical and sexual assault, sexual slavery, trafficking, enforced marriage, women and girls sold in open markets, women and girls bought with price tags for the buyers to choose and negotiate the sale, and then self-appointed courts which condemn women to death on spurious grounds and shoot them in the back of the head. It is time, I think, for a new order at international level. When red lines are crossed as clearly as they are here, there has to be some way of intervening to save the lives and dignity of women and young girls in particular. Also of immediate concern are the winter needs for the recently displaced, and hopefully at European level we can do something about that immediately."@en1
