This did not happen, and I would like to thank the rapporteur and shadow rapporteurs in particular for that. Mr Schnellhardt made a very good point with regard to follow up. I would like to make a plea to the Commission in this regard: it is, in fact, up to you to follow up on this and ensure that the legislation that we will adopt tomorrow is actually complied with on the market.
