"I voted for this report on the proposal for a Council decision concerning the specific programme, to be carried out by means of indirect actions, implementing the Framework Programme of the European Atomic Energy Community for nuclear research and training activities (2012-2013). This proposal concerns research into fusion, fission and radiation protection. Its main purpose is to ensure EU-financed research activities in these areas over a period of more than two years, taking into account the activities successfully undertaken in the 2007-2011 period. To this end, the proposal describes the area of research and development activities in detail."@en1
