lpv:translated text	"The EU regulation on energy market integrity and transparency will apply to all enterprises involved in the energy market in the European Union. It will govern the principles of entering into contracts and questions of the origin, supply and transport of natural gas and electricity. I think we have achieved a compromise which does not act against the development of competition in the European energy market, nor does it weaken the full liberalisation of the market proposed by the European Commission. The European infrastructure and the market instruments which comprise the third energy liberalisation package for integrity and transparency of trade in the wholesale energy market, a package which is supported by European Commission initiatives, should ensure liberalisation of national electricity markets and harmonisation of legislation. The agreement which has been reached will be a success both for the Hungarian and the Polish Presidencies, and its effects will complete integration of the market by 2014."@en1
