We are also in favour of the main content of Parliament’s report on the Commission’s proposal and have therefore chosen to vote in favour of the report. However, we are opposed to the request to increase the budget from the current EUR 60 million to EUR 2 billion in 2010 to fund the Global Climate Change Alliance.
