".
I am grateful for this supplementary question. The acknowledgement of the sensitivity of this issue is a helpful one. The question alluded to the fact that there may be division within the members of the Council as regards how far and how quickly we are able to proceed. Therefore, it is appropriate that, as the Presidency, we recognise the case and the strength of the case that was put so volubly in
at the beginning of this week, but seek to work collaboratively at this stage, rather than making unilateral declarations. We are cognizant of our responsibilities and it would be to the disadvantage of everyone if division was to become the hallmark of this discussion, if there is an opportunity for moving forward together."@en1
