lpv:spoken text	"The purpose of this proposal which I support is to amend the legal base after the periodical assessment of its management rules, with a view to implementing the objectives of facilitating access to funding, ensuring due transparency and alignment with the Commission’s rules on expert groups. This report raised important questions related to the social impact of restructuring and closing down of mines in the coal industry, as well as the evaluation of possible new support facilities to manage labour market transitions. I believe it is very important to assess the impact on employment of workers and local communities of emissions reduction and energy consumption. The debate should stay open on these issues."@ro2
