lpv:spoken text	"The European Order for Payment procedure allows creditors to easily obtain an order to recover uncontested civil and commercial claims. It can be applied for by correspondence or electronically, does not require the assistance of a lawyer, and is enforceable in other Member States without any need for additional formalities. This system simplifies, speeds up and reduces the costs of litigation in cases involving more than one EU country. It also permits the free circulation of European orders for payment that are recognised and enforced in all EU countries. This report gives feedback on the almost 10 years of experience in applying this procedure throughout Europe and provides some recommendations for the future. I support this report."@ro2
