lpv:spoken text	"The European Semester includes the Commission’s analyses of the fiscal and structural reform policies of every Member State by providing recommendations, and monitors their implementation; and the Member States’ implementation of the commonly agreed policies. The report focuses on the need to increase investment in the EU for growth, employment, poverty and social inequality. It also asks for an imbalance procedure for economic coordination and an EU minimum income framework for social inclusion. This is why I am in favour of this report as it is well balanced and outlines the main areas that require further attention."@mt2
