lpv:spoken text	"I support this report as major political groups in the European Parliament all want to send a clear message to the Council that its position must be taken into account as their ignorance is against the spirit of the Treaties and the good cooperation between the EU institutions. My colleagues and I in the S&D Group very much regret the Council and Commission ignorance of the EP contribution to the Guidelines for employment policies of Member States and call on the Commission to alter its proposal accordingly. Furthermore, we call on the Council to take the amended Guidelines into account in order to ensure an inclusive and integrated labour market able to address the severe impact of unemployment, secure a high level of employment, and ensure decent working conditions including national minimum basic income schemes and social protection."@ro2
