lpv:spoken text	"In light of the changes brought about by the Lisbon Treaty, the Commission was required to adapt the decision-making rules in trade policy to the new regime of delegated and implementing acts. This file aligns the previous comitology regime to the post-Lisbon Treaty rules on delegated and implementing acts in order to enable the systematic production of Community statistics in the field of external trade. The final compromise involves a mix of delegated acts, implementing acts, and also moving certain issues to the basic legislative act, a compromise that balanced the interests of the co-legislators. The text adopted in the Council is in accordance with the compromise reached with Parliament. I therefore support this report."@ro2
