lpv:spoken text	"This proposal pressures the Commission to come up with a legislative proposal to regulate the administrative procedure of the EU institutions. I see a need to reform the Union’s administrative procedure, as I do not believe that the current framework maximises time and provides sufficient legal certainty for EU citizens when dealing with EU bodies. A large number of European citizens are still not aware of their rights at EU level and do not understand the administration process when dealing with our institutions. Therefore, Parliament is taking this initiative very seriously and I give my full support to an important step towards more efficient administration and transparency."@ro2
