lpv:spoken text	"I support the fair procedure proposed in this report, under which the 18 Member States that agreed with the enhanced cooperation proposed by the Council have requested the Commission to propose a decision authorising the establishment of enhanced cooperation between themselves on the property regimes of international couples, and the 10 Member States that did not agree with the Council’s proposal will not be affected by this procedure. The 10 Member States that have opted out will not be legally bound by this report and will continue applying national laws. Furthermore, I welcome enhanced cooperation and I believe that this report will be beneficial for the international couples living in the Member States that have agreed with the Council’s proposal."@ro2
