lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, you spoke about investing in Schengen, and I think this is a very good idea, because the current fragmentation of the Schengen area requires very urgent action and we need to build up a real European border. But what is a real European border? I think it should not be a wire wall, just building a kind of fortress Europe. A real European border with a 21st-century concept should rather be an infrastructure able to organise and develop the relationship between Europe and its neighbouring partners in such a way that a real European border should be an advanced infrastructure with logistics and intelligence and able to provide basic safety for European citizens, also to manage flows and provide assistance to refugees with decent standards. So I believe this is a big investment for the future, and I think this kind of investment should be decided quite soon."@pt2
