lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. Providing macro-financial assistance to Ukraine is of high importance, considering that political support in Ukraine depends largely on economic sustainability and providing basic welfare to the citizens. It is our obligation to aid an economy that had negative growth numbers in 2014 due to the crisis and violent intervention. The EU and also other international financial institutions have to be ready to continue with such assistance measures and loans. Nevertheless one of the conditions should be progress in conducting internal reforms in Ukraine, ensuring transparency on how the money is used and most importantly fighting against corruption on all levels. I am glad that all major political groups have expressed their solidarity with the proposal of my colleague Gabrielius Landsbergis, even if the communists and extreme right have once again joined in not supporting Ukraine, or its European course."@et1
