There are children under the age of two who are harassed and are the subject of violence on the internet. Our kids live on the internet. What we are asking is just to have a debate with a resolution. We cannot deny that the problem exists, and it is a concern of the citizens of Europe. We do not want to pre-empt, then, what colleagues will have to say during the debate and on the resolution. Please, vote in favour of having that debate. We cannot deny that the problem exists."@sv2
