"Mr President, I strongly support Georgiaʼs path towards the European Union, and the ratification of the Association Agreement is a big step forward. Implementation, of course, will certainly be a big task for Georgia. I hope that at the Riga Summit in 2015 we can talk more clearly about further European perspectives for Georgia and other most advanced Eastern Partnership countries. Successful implementation of the visa liberalisation action plan is also important and hopefully this could be one of the deliverables of the Riga Summit. It is important to support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia as well as its full right to make independent decisions regarding foreign and security policy. The so-called treaty on alliance and integration between Russia and the authorities of Abkhazia is a cause for great concern. There is a threat that such activities could lead to the annexation by Russia of part of the territory of Georgia."@et1
