lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of amending Regulation (EU) No 374/2014 on the reduction or elimination of customs duties on goods originating in Ukraine. This transitional solution for allowing goods from Ukraine into European markets on favourable terms is the least we can do in the current situation. The amendment of the regulation is needed, as it would otherwise have ceased to apply as of 1 November 2014. Nevertheless, I find it regrettable that this procedure should be needed, as instead we should have immediately and fully implemented the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and deep and comprehensive free trade agreement. The signal we are sending politically is like offering a quarter of a carrot. I urge the Commission and the Member States to provide all necessary assistance for speeding up reforms and building up a strong and viable Ukraine."@et1
