Nel Regno Unito non funzionerà. Abbiamo già un Trattato di troppo e la gente farà sentire la propria voce. Questa mattina qui al Parlamento europeo abbiamo assistito a manifestazioni di autocompiacimento e grandi manate sulle spalle.
