Ebner henviser til nødvendigheden af at beskytte børn og unge mod aggressiv reklamering med ringetoner, mobiltelefoner, spil osv. og spørger, om Kommissionen påtænker at gribe ind over for dette. I det for nylig vedtagne direktiv om urimelig handelspraksis forbydes aggressiv handelspraksis, og børn og unge beskyttes specifikt. Michl Ebner hänvisar till behovet av att skydda barn och ungdomar från aggressiv marknadsföring för ringsignaler, mobiltelefoner, spel osv. och frågar om kommissionen tänker vidta några åtgärder på det här området.
