Att ställa frågor till det verkställande organet, att ställa frågor till kommissionen, är en av de viktigaste saker vi gör här i parlamentet, viktigare än att hålla våra små anföranden. Det är inte godtagbart att detta förslag kommer upp två sammanträden i följd. Jag är i hög grad emot förslaget. Men de två stora grupperna står bakom det, så det verkar som att det kommer att gå igenom. Jag vädjar till mina kolleger att rösta nej till förslaget från de två gruppledarna.
