De acuerdo con el Reglamento comunitario sobre concentraciones de empresas, la Comisión no puede tomar el pluralismo de los medios de comunicación como un criterio jurídico cuando decide si una fusión de empresas con una dimensión comunitaria es compatible con el mercado común.
