"Fru kommissionsledamot! Jag förstår och respekterar helt och fullt att det är upp till varje medlemsstat, och det skulle aldrig falla mig in att föreslå att det borde ändras. Det skulle emellertid kunna vara så att vissa medlemsstater har funnit bättre svar på detta problem än andra. Jag vet inte. Jag undrar om ni skulle kunna kommentera detta.
