På EU's indre marked sker der forskelsbehandling af polske virksomheder og arbejdstagere, som støder på urimelige hindringer i forbindelse med udøvelsen af deres aktiviteter. Har Kommissionen kendskab til eksempler på diskrimination eller på lovgivning, som er i strid med traktaterne (nærmere betegnet tiltrædelsestraktatens bilag XII om fri bevægelighed for personer og dennes punkt 13, og især overgangsbestemmelserne om fri bevægelighed for personer), og som forekommer i den nationale lovgivning i EU-medlemsstaterne Østrig, Nederlandene og Italien, hvor en sådan praksis er tilladt, eller har den kendskab til Tysklands overtrædelse af artikel 49, stk. 1, i EF-traktaten og artikel 1 i direktiv 96/71/EFvedrørende udstationering af arbejdstagere via vikarbureauer? Im EU-Binnenmarkt kommt es zu einer Ungleichbehandlung polnischer Wirtschaftsakteure und Arbeitnehmer, die beim Ausüben ihrer Tätigkeit auf ungerechtfertigte Hindernisse stoßen. Sind der Europäischen Kommission Fälle von Diskriminierung sowie von Regelungen im innerstaatlichen Recht der EU-Mitgliedstaaten Österreich, Niederlande und Italien bekannt, die solche Praktiken zulassen und somit gegen die Verträge (Beitrittsvertrag, Anhang XII, Freizügigkeit, Ziffer 13 und insbesondere Übergangsregelungen im Bereich der Freizügigkeit) verstoßen? Ist der Kommission bekannt, dass auch Deutschland gegen die Vorschriften von Artikel 49 Absatz 1 des EG-Vertrags und Artikel 1 der Richtlinie 96/71/EGüber die Entsendung von Leiharbeitnehmern durch Zeitarbeitsfirmen verstößt? Στην εσωτερική αγορά της ΕΕ, παρατηρείται άνιση μεταχείριση πολωνικών εταιριών και πολωνών εργαζομένων που αντιμετωπίζουν αδικαιολόγητα εμπόδια στην άσκηση των δραστηριοτήτων τους. La Commission a-t-elle connaissance des cas de discrimination et des dispositions contraires aux traités (traité d’adhésion, annexe XII, libre circulation des personnes, point 13 et, en particulier, les mesures transitoires sur la libre circulation des personnes) présentes dans la législation nationale d’États membres de l’Union tels que l’Autriche, les Pays-Bas ou l’Italie, qui permettent de telles pratiques, ainsi que des cas de violation par l’Allemagne de l’article 49, premier alinéa, du traité CE et de l’article 1

Is de Europese Commissie op de hoogte van gevallen van discriminatie en voorschriften die strijdig zijn met de Verdragen (Toetredingsverdrag, Bijlage XII, Vrij verkeer van personen, paragraaf 13 a, en meer in het bijzonder de overgangsregels op het gebied van het vrij verkeer van personen), zoals die voorkomen in het nationale recht van de lidstaten Oostenrijk, Nederland en Italië, die dergelijke discriminatoire praktijken mogelijk maken?
