"Le peuple serbe a pris son destin en main. Le Parlement européen tient à lui exprimer son entière solidarité en ce moment historique où la tyrannie est en train de vaciller et où triomphe la démocratie.
Les millions de Serbes qui sont actuellement dans la rue méritent notre admiration pour leur courage politique. Nous exprimons notre souhait que l'ensemble des forces de police les rejoignent.
L'Union européenne, et le Parlement européen en particulier, mettra tout en œuvre pour contribuer au rétablissement du processus démocratique.

"Ο σέρβικος λαός πήρε τη μοίρα του στα χέρια του. Το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο επιθυμεί να του εκφράσει την πλήρη αλληλεγγύη του αυτή την ιστορική στιγμή κατά την οποία η τυραννία κλονίζεται και θριαμβεύει η δημοκρατία.
