"Madame la Présidente, je veux simplement dire que le procès-verbal est bien rédigé comme il est et qu’il est donc juste qu’il fasse uniquement état de la décision pour l’interprétation du règlement à annexer au règlement lui-même. Le reste du dispositif décidé par la commission constitutionnelle n’a pas sa place dans ce texte. Je propose donc de conserver le procès-verbal tel qu’il est rédigé et tel qu’il est soumis à notre approbation."@fr6

Mevrouw de Voorzitter, ik vind dat de notulen goed zijn opgesteld. Hierin wordt immers terecht alleen gewag gemaakt van het besluit om de interpretatie van het Reglement als bijlage bij dit Reglement op te nemen. De rest van het dispositief van de Commissie constitutionele zaken hoort in deze tekst niet thuis. Ik stel daarom voor uit te gaan van de notulen zoals ze zijn opgesteld en ons ter goedkeuring zijn voorgelegd."@nl2
